Domain name prices are valid only if they are found on our official website www.liquidnames.net.
Email us with an offer for a domain name, we will usually reply within 3 working days.
If we accept your offer we will request that you email us with the following details for the proposed new domain registrant, ( business or personal )
Name.
Address.
Phone Number.
Email Address.
The Name and Address will be used for the VAT invoice which will be in MS Word format.
The invoice will be emailed to the proposed new registrant. Please let us know if a hard copy is required.
The Email Address will be used for all future correspondence including the final domain name transfer.
The invoice must be paid in full within 28 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay the invoice within this period will result in the domain name purchase being cancelled and the domain name being made available for sale once more.
We currently accept direct bank transfers and cheques only. Our bank details will be on our invoice.
As soon as payment for the domain name has cleared in our account, we will begin the domain transfer process.
The proposed new domain name registrant will receive an email from Nominet UK shortly after, this email will contain details of how to complete the domain name registrant transfer.
This email will also have an expiry date, so act on it immediately. If it is left to expire, please contact us and we will restart the transfer process.
Nominet UK's fee for transferring a domain name is currently £10 plus VAT, this must be paid by the new domain name registrant.
1. Definitions.
1.1 Domain name. The Domain name being offered for sale by the Seller.
1.2 Seller. Liquidnames.com.
1.3 Buyer. The new registrant or proposed new registrant of the Domain name.
1.4 Payment. The funds representing the agreed price for the Domain name.
2. The Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.
4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any offer made for a Domain name without a reason or explanation.
5. The Buyer shall email the Seller their offer for the Domain name.
6. On acceptance of an offer for a Domain name by the Seller,
6.1 The Buyer shall transfer the Payment for the Domain name to the Seller within ten working days.
6.2 The Buyer shall send the Seller by email, correct and accurate details including their Name, Address and Email Address.
7. Once Payment has been made and the funds have cleared in the Sellers account, the Seller will begin the process of transferring
the Domain name to the Buyer as soon as reasonably possible.
8. The Buyer agrees that
8.1The Seller shall not be liable for any costs or losses caused by any sort of delays during the Domain name transfer.
8.2 The Seller shall not in any way be held liable or responsible for any delays, errors, omissions or acts by the UK Central Domain Registry including failure to
transfer the Domain name, delays in transferring the Domain name, suspension or revocation of the Domain name or for the loss of the Domain name.
8.3 The Buyer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the transferring of the Domain name.
8.4 The Buyer shall make every effort to complete their part of the Domain name transfer process as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Once the Domain name has been purchased and paid for, the Seller will not be responsible for
9.1 Maintaining the Domain name or any development of the Domain name.
9.2 Maintaining the Domain name servers (DNS).
9.3 Paying any renewal fees for the Domain name.
10. The Buyer accepts that the Seller cannot provide guarantees nor does it give any warranty of any sort that the Domain name may be freely used by the Buyer or about whether the use of that Domain name infringes the trademarks, intellectual property rights or the rights of any individual or party. The Buyer hereby confirms that in transferring the registration of the domain name the Buyer has relied entirely on the Buyer's own enquiries and not on any representation express or implied given by or on behalf of the Seller.
11. The Buyer agrees to fully and effectively indemnify the Seller and keep indemnified the Seller against any and all costs, claims, losses, expenses, damages, legal and professional fees and any liability as a result of the infringement of any trademark, copyright or any claim whatsoever based on the sale, transfer to the Buyer, registration or use of the Domain name by the Buyer.
12. This agreement shall be governed by English Law and the Buyer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
